She’s often making clients—like Gordon Food Service, Tommy’s Express, and Amway—smile, creating detailed project plans or checking off her never-ending to-do list. When she’s not doing that, you’ll probably find Traci drinking a large iced Dunkin’ Donuts coffee and wondering out loud where she’s going to get coffee tomorrow (even though we know, it’ll be Dunkin’).
