 Drawing the next generation of mavericks to place their stamp on the world.
For nearly a decade, we've helped Trans-Matic connect with audiences external and internal— from celebrating their 50th anniversary to redesigning their website in order to better highlight their highly sophisticated deep draw stamping capabilities.
Most recently, we partnered with Trans-Matic to launch an employment campaign geared at high school graduates. The company was struggling to fill hourly positions on the floor. Their biggest weakness was that high school students didn't know who Trans-Matic was, why their work mattered, nor the potential trajectory of their career if they were hired there.
We knew we needed to tell the story of Trans-Matic's expertise in a way that transcended just words.

THE RESULTS
Bold and inspiring, "Where Metal Takes Shape" infused the Trans-Matic brand with pride and possibility. Through a series of activations, we brought clarity to the Trans-Matic story for a new generation. And by featuring personal stories of growth that ranged from an apprentice to the president of the company, we helped highlight the bright path available to any hard worker willing to join one of the most skilled workforces in West Michign.
